Treat yourself to a getaway at our Alpenappart – your idyllic wellness farm in the beautiful Ahrntal valley. Whether you’re seeking an active holiday surrounded by nature or pure relaxation in our wellness oasis, you’ll find both here. We, the Weger family, are excited to welcome you and create unforgettable experiences for you.
Useful information
All apartments are furnished with local materials and enjoy direct access to our garden. Standard equipment includes household appliances, Sat TV and WiFi. A ski locker room with ski-boot dryer is available on site.
Prices
Prices shown are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights. A supplement applies for shorter stays. In addition, a mandatory tourist tax of €2.40 per person, per night (for guests aged 14 and over) applies. This tax must be paid on site. Please note that the tourist tax for 2027 has not yet been finalized and may be subject to change or increase.
Prices are based on 2-person occupancy. There is a supplement for each additional guest of €15 for adults. Children aged 0–2 stay free of charge.
To confirm your desired apartment, we kindly ask for a deposit. The remaining balance can preferably be paid in cash, via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card (except American Express).

- GuestPass: free fares on public transport in South Tyrol
- NEW – use of the spa area, daily from 16:00 to 20:00

Baby equipment
Babies and children are welcome! Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Check-in & check-out
On arrival, the apartments are available from 14:00 and must be vacated by 09:30 on the day of departure.
Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The fee for pets is €15 per night (food excluded).
Cancellation policy
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit already paid will be retained in all cases. If the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount will be charged. The full agreed amount will be charged in the event of late arrival, no-show, early departure, or a reduction in the number of participants.
Breakfast
Upon request, we also offer a breakfast buffet featuring products from South Tyrol. Book breakfast at € 18 for adults and € 15 for children aged 3-10. Children aged 0-3 are welcome to have breakfast free of charge.
